Its mission is to empower organizations and communities through continuous improvement and Baldrige-based learning.

Beginning on April 1, RMPEx is making available 2-3 previously recorded Third Thursday webinars on the same Baldrige Category Item as the upcoming live Third Thursday webinar.
For example, the April 16, 2026, Third Thursday webinar will feature Brian Lassiter and Denise Shields. Brian will present an overview of the updated National Baldrige Awards cycle, and Denise will introduce the updated Baldrige Excellence Framework. As an added member benefit, RMPEx is offering free registration to 2-3 curated YouTube videos from past Third Thursday webinars also discussing the Baldrige Excellence Framework.
