To do something well is to achieve excellence. To use data and prove that you always do it well is to sustain excellence. Sustainable excellence resides inside each RMPEx role model organization. They inspire it, they explore it, they define it, they analyze it, they live it – one day at a time. They measure success in simple terms – prove they are high performing.

High performing organizations know that the journey never ends. They understand that change is constant, and time moves on independent of their decisions. They embrace vigilance as a requirement to sustain excellence and choose RMPEx Communities of Practice to support their effort.

Sustainable Excellence is a Community of Practice open to any organization recognized by RMPEx for its effort to achieve and sustain excellence at the Timberline level or higher. This includes all organizations participating in the Baldrige National Quality Award process.
