Train like an Examiner – Fall Session

RMPEx Examiner Training is a 2-Part process

Part 1 is the 2-1/2 day instructor-led virtual training that introduces the Baldrige Framework and Criteria.

Part 2 is for the trained Examiner who is assigned to participate on an applicant assessment team. If the classroom-trained Examiner wishes to participate on a formal assessment team, and if that Examiner is assigned to an assessment team, Just-in-Time training will be provided – at no additional charge – to review the material and provide instruction on the assessment phases and site visit. The number of available assessment teams depends on the number of applicant organizations and the level of recognition applied for.
