Expedition to Excellence
Expedition to Excellence is open to any organization and designed to move organizations toward excellence. It is a cohort-based experience facilitated by RMPEx, grounded on the Baldrige Excellence Framework, forged by the experiences of our role-model organizations, and streamlined by national experts. It is a professional development opportunity designed to improve how work gets done at all levels in any organization. It moves organizations from situational management to using data to drive behaviors, decisions, and processes. It facilitates achieving excellence.

Sustainable Excellence
To do something well is to achieve excellence. To use data and prove that you always do it well is to sustain excellence. High performing organizations know that the journey never ends. They understand that change is constant, and time moves on independent of their decisions. They embrace vigilance as a requirement to sustain excellence and choose RMPEx Communities of Practice to support their effort.
Sustainable Excellence is a Community of Practice open to any organization recognized by RMPEx for its effort to achieve and sustain excellence at the Timberline level or higher. This includes all organizations participating in the Baldrige National Quality Award process.
